Our New Dojo

After more than six years at the community centre were are excited to announce that, all things going well, we will have our own Dojo in Biscayne Way, Jandakot later this year. The new Dojo will only be a couple of kilometres from our current location and we hope to have it up and running by mid 2006!

You can keep up to date with our new Dojo by checking back regularly to see what is happening.

January 2005 - You have to start somewhere!

It doesn't look much at the moment! This is definitely the before shot, so keep checking back to see our new Dojo take shape.

June 2005 - The drains have been put in for the car park - not quite ready to move in yet!

It hasn't changed much from the last picture, but at least the site works have been started.

July 2005 - The electrics, pre plumbing and drainage has been done as well as the sand pad and car park base.

The next stage should be the concrete pad and then the walls should start going up!

September 2005 - Now we have a floor!

October 2005 - The walls are being made and the site fences are up!

November 2005 - Now we have walls !!

December 2005 - The roof is on!

February 2006 - We're getting closer to the finished product!

March 2006 - The external painting is finished and we have a car park.

April 2006 - The line marking has been done for the parking bays, next is the reticulation and landscaping!

April 2006 - All finished! Now we have to wait for the paperwork to go through before we get keys

May 2006 - Now for the inside and the "blank canvas"! (we're still waiting for that paperwork)
